Problems with instant message?

Has anyone else been having difficulty getting an 02 operator on instant message for a few days?

I have a billing issue, don't really want to talk to someone but am sure it could be sorted with a quick instant message, 2 days I have been unable to connect!!  Not a happy customer!

Some people are saying the same though others are getting through. If honest if this is an account based issue you may be best to speak to someone 202 contract...4445 payg...

Phone line closes at 9pm.  Might just ahave to wait till tomorrow!!!  Really can't be bothered trying to be nice to people on the phone that's why I IM!!
