I am trying to log into an account to make a payment but can't get in what ever I try.

Best to contact Payment Management

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 

 

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app

Instead try the web version 

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall 

If none of that works then 

You can call O2 on 202

Or use the social media links below

You will need to ring the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 and they will process the payment for you.

Tried that just waiting on the phone for hours. When I do get through I'm going to leave o2. The worse network and customer service.

All networks are the same as very few people want to work in CS as all a lot of customers seem to do is abuse the people on the end of the phone..

If you know how much you owe, you can pay by bank transfer :-

And if you decide to stay with O2, I suggest that you set up a direct debit so that this situation does not recur. 👍
