PAC transfer issues

My number was due to be ported this morning but nothing has happened.

Rang customer services who say there was an error and it was affecting all networks.

Does anyone know is this is true? They started the transfer at 11am but it didn't work.

Any insight?

My phone was supposed to be ported today too. Didn't happen. This could explain why....

I did hear that giffgaff (part of o2) were having similar problems today, so I'd say it was true.....

Your posts are the first we have heard of this. Maybe one of the O2 staff who post in a private capacity can shed more light on this.

Thanks all. I can't log into the myo2 app any more. Says I don't have an account. But I was using it earlier.

Let's hope this clears after midnight for you which is when typically accounts refresh.

If not your only recourse is to again speak to support at both networks.

Let us know how you get on.

I hope so. Nothing obvious happening.

I was getting a code 36 error in the android app, so I cleared cache and trieste log in. But says no account..
