Hi folks,well the update is as follows,went back to F/S
and your right its now like a new phone,play shop working

great,so i put my sim in phone and all my contacts are there

[bloody L] i got something right,now the down side,apart from

my contacts,and a 16gb sd card,the phones like new,so the

only 2 appa i want are,Whatsapp,and Facebook,loaded

Whatsapp,no probs,loaded Facebook,and the orrible

not enough memory notice came up,now i know the

phone short on memory but is'nt this talking the P**s.

Surely it should take more than 2 apps,

Facebook is ridiculously big but you should be able to get it loaded....
I'd take the phone back or send it in for repair as it doesn't sound like it's clearing all the RAM when you did the reset properly.

Ok this could be the final update,the phone seems to have settled down

now F/B and Whatsapp loaded,i forced stop on Play Books and it seems

to have helped,you mentioned clearing the RAM, should i do that often

and how do i do it,is it done only by going back to F/S ,anyway a

 HUGE thanks to all that helped me on here,i'll keep popping in

to make sure your all behaving
