Hi,

I have just upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 7, and my husband's old contract has ended with Virgin so I wanted to obtain a new phone for him and link it with mine in order to obtain the multisave discount. 

 

Does he have to order the phone then link it with mine, or can I order it and get it linked at the same time?

 

I have tried to do it, but it's asking me to pay full price for my current phone so I'm getting confused.

Just remember all devices bought have to show on the same account. So it has to be your account or your husbands.
