If you are on the new billing system you can request this through My O2

 if not, contact O2

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@MartG If your current SIM is 5G capable just put it in your new phone. If it isn't you'll need to do a swap: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/SIM-Swap-a-mini-guide-incl-eSim/ba-p/1060675

If you don't want to do it yourself, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll do it for you. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
