Hi, I recently upgraded to I phone 6+, I felt this device was to large & returned it complete still packaged (not opened) recorded delivery 1 day after-O2 I received. They received it this morning....... Does anyone know how long it will be until it is updated on the system & I can upgrade to a more suitable hand set.

They should scan it immediately and your account will then usually update overnight, so check in the morning.
If not updated give CS a chase up on 202.

We have heard recently of a person waiting a while as they delayed scanning it back in. 

 

Either ring Customer Service or use Live Chat.

What model and colour have you asked for in the replacement? If your not given priority this could affect the waiting time.

P. S: I'm not sure how the replacement system works with out of stock items.
