How do you get a new etop-up card for a new sim card, because I couldn't find it in with the sim card packaging?

You are better off buying a voucher from any newsagents or top up store @Anonymous

However...if you want an e top up you need to go instore to pick one up...

There will be one included if you have got a new phone at the same time but not if it's just a new sim

They are getting few and far between now.
If you find one, keep hold of it.
