Hi Everyone,been having a few issues with o2 customer services trying to sort something and they kept sending me in circles,putting me on hold.

then telling me I’m in contract and I can’t do anything.Im not in contract,I can upgrade and I’m eligible to change tariff.

I sent an email to the complaints team and I haven’t heard anything.
i think since they merged with virgin the customer service now is crap.I don’t get to speak to uk call centre representatives and so much for platinum.im speaking to people that don’t have a clue.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Complaints are taking weeks to get back to people

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Standard these days @Charlieboyoo

If you're out of contract, leave whilst you can for free.

@Charlieboyoo

Check with free PAYG sims off the networks websites.

Don't rely on signal checkers as they are always inaccurate.
