Why has my broadband bill increased when I have complied with the 3 monthly mobile phone top up to get my £5.00 reduction?

Best bet is to give them a call to make sure your mobile is registered on the account.

i wondered this, too.
my last broadband bill was £7.82 when its always been £6.25.

my o2 special offer discount hasn't ended yet, but even if it had it would rise to £12.50
