I need to cancel my Netflix automated account through O2, I have been trying for months with no support from O2 helpful

You really need to speak to Netflix, and get them to change the payment method, as o2 havent offered Netflix as an extra for a long time.. 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Just login to your Netflix account and cancel your subscription.
