Solved: Cancel my tarriff

I was wondering how i can cancel my tarriff as i have no minutes or calls left and i want to renew it so i can get more..thanks

You need to pay off your device plan if on refresh or pay up until the end of your contract if on a standard tariff.
After this, you keep your phone and can choose a more suitable airtime tariff.
If you need help, call cs on 202
