It's saying I haven't paid my bill but it come out my account the 13th and it's on my bank statement what's going on?

It may have been late arriving for some reason so you need to call CS on 202

There is no fee for late payment but you do get a default on your credit file and possibly a reconnection fee if the phone is restricted. You need to call 202 first thing this morning and escalate it to a manager if necessary.
