I just clicked top up and added £10 to my balance I’d like to use my balance to pay for a £10 tariff but it’s only giving me the option to pay another £10

Your top up has already converted to a big bundle Big Bundles | Help & Support | O2

Unless you are on an old classic tariff, in which case you need to change to a big bundle in your MyO2, but once you change, you cannot go back.
