Hello all, I'm using a galaxy s2 and someone has left me voicemail, however when I dial 901 I'm being told the number is not recognised, is there another way to retrieve these messages?

I have had the same thing all day! O2 told me to remove VM then activate again but that hasn't worked either! So have asked it to be looked into!

It's not a problem across the network which affects all users. Mine is working ok at the moment.Let's hope they resolve this with some urgency.
