Why do I get a charge of £0.333 occasionally for a number I use almost on a daily basis ...I am on an unlimited Tariff .. I use the number frequently but this charge pops up against one of the calls now and again..    Can anyone help with this question to give me a better idea of why before I call 02

Hi

Some numbers are not included in your Unlimited minutes. They are to Uk numbers and landlines only.

Call charges to Jersey, Guernsey and IoM are excluded in o2's bundles. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/calls-to-channel-islands/m-p/558854#M55434

Are you calling a Uk number ?

I would advise to Contact O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus to ask for clarification as to why you get charged and on other occasions no charge is levied.

If you only get charged sometimes there must be an error at the time you get charged or at the time you don't get charged.
What does the number with?
