i pay monthy for my iphone 4s and when i chec the upgrade part i always get this message:
You'll need to call our customer services team to upgrade this number. We're available on 0844 809 0202 or 202 from your O2 mobile, Mon-Sat 8am-9pm, Sun 10am-6pm.
will i always have to do it like that?
can i go in store and find out?
how do i know what phones i can upgrade to? :S

You should be able to find out instore exactly what your options are. It would depend on your present tariff and the length of your current contract which is why you are better speaking to them.

If it's not in MyO2 you can ring on 202 or use an O2 shop.
