UK data

Anonymous

I am mystified by a text I received from 02 today which says that I have used all my UK data.  I have never used it up before and my habits have not changed.  I rarely go online when I am away from wifi.  What could be the explanation?

Check your phones settings menu and it will give you a breakdown of what you have used.
Something may be eating data in the background or it might be a fault.
What phone have you got?
This is a commonly reported issue on iPhones BTW.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Have you downloaded any new apps lately? Please check, as @MI5 has suggested.

Also I'd double check with O2 or in your myo2 that the text was accurate. It's not unheard of that the text could be wrong (although rare).

might be worth checking your email "outbox" too. If you there is a message there that has failed, it will keep trying to resend it thus using data.
