@Aaronlee

Use Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype to call o2 or use another phone either 0800 902 0217 or 0344 809 0202 (not from Skype)

Also check here for services issues in your local area Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?  Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Also did you order a replacement sim card? If so you will need to wait for the new sim to be delivered.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi @Aaronlee

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

If you can't call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 you could call them using Skype on 0800 032 1402

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here
