I sent my phone in for repair and had it sent back due to not being covered by warranty, I recently took it back into an O2 shop and explained that I'd tried getting repaired before and wanted the repair sorting and had it returned back to me again saying not covered by warranty. What does it take to get my phone fixed?

Hi @Anonymous

How old is the phone? What make is it?

Have you any insurance that may cover a repair?

We just need a bit more information before we can advise you further

Is it out of warranty or does the actual repair needed not covered specifically
