repair tracking service is down

My phone went off for a repair earlier this week.  I want to check progress but th esite sppears to be down

If it's O2 doing the repair it'll probably be more than the tracking that's down.Smiley Frustrated

still down, I will pop to the shop later to get an update.

 

I noticed some answers implying O2 repair is not very good, more info please 

 

I used that link to check it is not just me, I have tried it from work and home , I get the same result.

I tried the link too and couldn't get on.
Anovo who o2 contract out repairs to are notorious on here for inventing issues that render the item out of warranty - hence our hesitance to use them.
