I have made several compaints to customer care and have emailed O2 complaints services about the refund money of 500 pounds which has not been received by me yet. The refund is for the handset which I returned more than a month ago on time, but still waiting for the refund.

Customer care is utterly useless as all they cna do is raise a ticket which they have raised atleast 3-4 everytiem I call them but it has not helped at all.

Such rubbish service from O2 was never expected.

How do I get my refund back? Please adivse on the process.

@San7 This is not O2. This is a customer community. If you've lodged a formal complaint there isn't anything you can do until you get a response. If you haven't done so yet, see this: How to Complain | Help | O2

Unfortunately we don't have any o2 advisors on the community to support with anything like this @San7 , so you will have to keep trying with customer services.

Along with the phone numbers (202 or 0344 809 0202 for pay monthly, and 4445 and 0344 809 222 for pay as you go), there are social media accounts you can message:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

There is also a number 0800 032 1402 which can be called for free, or using Skype - Guide: A Guide to Skype

Thanks all. I think next step would be involving ombudsman services.

@San7

Resolver might be an alternative option :-

How to Complain | Help | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

However, please bear in mind that there have been reports on this forum of Resolver facilitating a resolution to folks' issues but then "spamming" them afterwards !
