No galaxy pro 2 voucher after 5 months and I've contacted 02 five or six times

I've contacted o2 multiple times now keep being fobbed off with wait another 5 days .a manager will call you in next 48hrs . I've had enough now I just want to end the contract and move to another provider .

Unfortunately, as I've said, 

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

Can any one tell me how to get this voucher . Or end my contract ,that quite frankly has not been forfilled
