No Internet Connection Since Wednesday

Hi

 

I've went back to O2 since last Thursday. And it's been a horror show for me.

 

I've initiated a number port in last Thursday, and my connection at Sky was shut down on Friday morning. However my number did not show up in my current account. After countless call and countless urges to wait until 6pm TODAY by your customer service the number is finally showing up in my account on Wednesday. However after that I've got no Internet connection with the account. It's been a lot of calls but no luck yet.

 

It's been a week now. When can I finally have normal service on my account? How can I get my Internet connection fixed?
