I swapped to a new sim 3 days ago. I was told my old number would transfer to my new sim and it still hasn’t. When will my old number process onto my new sim?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Well nothing would happen Saturday and Sunday, so probably today or tomorrow.

Contact them to check

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Unless you have been given a date, which I assume not, you need to make contact with O2 to get one.
