I have a mobile broadband dongle E173 which I have not used for a few months.  I need to start using it again and I cannot get my computer to register its existance and allow me to top up. Help!

Its possible the sim card in it has become de activated.

 

If you contact Customer Services they may be able to assist either by trying to re activate it or by sending you a new sim card.

 

Mobile Broadband Customer Service

If you are an O2 mobile customerPlease call your normal Customer Service number
If you are not an O2 mobile customer

Just spoke to a guru, SIM disconnected as been a long time since I've used it, it will be reconnected within 24 hours. Thank you.
