Iv had my phone for over 5 days now and my voucher code is not working to claim my free gift.. i have been on all the links given and it keeps telling me my code or IMEI number is wrong or my code has been used...

You need to call customer services on 202 and ask them what the problem with your voucher code is.

Same here, been 8 days and doesn't work,  says it's incorrect or already been used. 

Probably some dodgy O2 employee has nicked a few vouchers and imei codes off new phones. 

I have 2 Bang vouchers and neither works. 

I'm well annoyed especially considering O2 have also nicked my charger out of the box!

I said probably.

I've just had a typically useless chat with an o2 representative. They can't help so have palmed me off with a telephone number to call for a third party company called Brightstar.

Why the heck should i have to deal with a third party company?
