If bought from a store it needs to be returned there.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is not customer services, and no one will send you a return label from here. 

You need to call Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or pop back to the o2 store and they can process the return for you.
