Hi so I ordered a new phone about 4/5 days ago under the understanding U would receive it the next day and it still hasn’t arrived. I just called customer services and she told me she had raised the issue with the credit checkers and I should hear back soon. How long will the whole process take after this?

Little we can tell you as this is a community forum made up of customers similar to you.

Maybe a call to Sales direct will help 

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

this is what i did but i wasn’t sure how long it takes for them to dispatch orders after the order has been approved
