I was charged 54 pence for sending a photo Message? Why?

Photo Mesages (MMS) are chargable.

Did you mean to send it or was it a mistake.

I sent a photo as a normal text message I send through WhatsApp and my message app

@Davycrocket1 If you send photos using WhatsApp over a WiFi connection to other WhatsApp users it's free. If you use your messaging app it's considered an MMS and chargeable.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It's actually 54p plus vat so 65p in total.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
