I searched fo "How can I print/download a copy of my bill? today on Google because I could not find this after clicking on "look at your bill here" link in "Your O2 bill is ready" email from "O2 Billing"
Google took me this page:
It says the following: "To download or print a copy of your bill log into ‘My O2’ and click 'View and print your latest bill' in the ‘My bill summary’. If you scroll down to the bottom of the bill you will see a 'Download PDF' option.
The problem is ‘My bill summary’ is not an option in My O2 menu at http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
> The closest menu option is "View my bill"
>> This takes you to: "https://accounts.o2.co.uk"
Which takes you to a page where my mobile number as a link
>>> This takes you to a page at "https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/" with a number of panels where the top left one is "Latest Bill", which has a button link to '"iew latest bill"
>>>> Which take you to a page at "https://billing.o2.co.uk" and if you scroll down there is a button link to "View latest detailed usage and charges"
If you scroll down to just above footer there is text link to "Download and print latest bill"
>>>>> Which takes you https://service.o2.co.uk/Billing/
This is where you use to arrive when you clicked on "look at your bill here" in "Your O2 bill is ready" email from "O2 Billing"
O2 seriesly need to rethink the User Experience Design and Customer Journey of MyO2, and SEO to "Help" pages on their site as information there is out of date and interface is no longer simple to use with lots of steps that were previously one click away.
Solved! Go to Solution.

The path for me is view latest bill >> View latest detailed usage and charges >> scroll down to Download and print latest bill which brings up the old style page with the download as pdf link.

We have reported this ourselves a few times and our coordinator @Toby is feeding it back to o2 on our behalf.

Agreed it's not very conducive for easy to follow as it first seems.
