Adding product to on line management

Hi, I am trying to add a sim only contract to my on line management and it keeps telling me that the system cannt find the phone number, so wont let me add it?

Give cs a call on 202 for help adding the number.

If its a new number it may take a few days to be registered on the system.

No, it just tells me it cant find the number, ill have to keep receiving paper bills!!
