Just got the above. Receives and sends texts ok. But will not receive or send multi media messages.

 

For example received a message that says media content in this message press it changes to getting media content but nothing shows. Something simple no doubt but can anyone assist.

Ring O2 on 202 contract or 4445 payg to have your account provisioned for mms.

Also ensure you have data turned on to receive and send mms. It does not use data but must be turned on.

They are shut right now.

Opening times
Monday-Friday 08:00 - 21:00
Saturday 08:00 - 20:00
Sunday 08:00 - 18:00
