@Jojo111

Have a look here Guide: Gift with Purchase

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Jojo111 , did you succeed with your claim?

I purchased eligible smartphone in mid-Feb, claimed pre-paid Mastercard the next day, after 60 days received nothing instead of promised £200 card, requested support from O2 claims, after 6 more weeks received nothing. Now I submitted the complaint to O2 but I after reading the reviews on the internet, I'm not very confident about it.

Looks like a cheap trick for the buyers who still believe O2 promises...

@pgn ,

Thanks for your reply. I did follow the steps exactly as it is described in @Dave-O2 's guide. I got nothing except "we are working on your request" for 6 weeks after 65 days of paying for O2 Airtime. I ended up submitting a complaint to O2 and posting a review on TrustPilot. But to be honest, with 1.2 stars after 15,000+ reviews there, I really doubt that O2 cares about such "minor inconveniences" like false promises of the £200 rewards...
