Well it's the break from uni and I can say I'm bored. Well sometimes bored lol. I do have a TBR list of books to go through and such. I suppose it's been made worse with waiting for the hospital appointments. What do others do to break the boredom and any ideas, bare in mind I'm a part time wheelchair user.

Hi @melly1991. I am far from being at Uni....been there.. done that...

However I am now retired and like you am waiting for a list of hospital appointments through July and August.

Could be good news or bad news. As I am from a nursing background it is usually the way to fear the worse.

I don't let it stop me however....I go to Spain every few weeks. I read a lot, get cracking on clearing up my apartment to my high standard. I use my PC to remain active on this and other forums. I socialise with friends however difficult it is at times and generally get on with 'stuff. Personally I love the summer. It lifts my spirits. I am rarely bored......Welcome to the forum by the way...Welcome

Congratulations on your good results. You were obviously feeling an adrenaline rush after that. Just chill out...take time for yourself and gently ease yourself back into relaxing. By the way with summer, it's not the heat I love. It's the light mornings and nights. I dislike winter with a passion....Anyway, it isn't long to October ....and you will be back into the hustle and bustle. Enjoy. You are far too young to be bored....Smiley Very Happy

Hi @melly1991,

I draw a lot and play a few games on my DS. Also, some friends really like to use detailed colouring books for adults. Its apparently a very therapeutic thing to do I'm told slight_smile
