Facebook reportedly planning Ad Network for Mobile Devices.

"Facebook is finally following the likes of Google and Yahoo and will launch an advertising network with a focus on mobile platforms, according to Recode."

Personally I hope this does not come to fruition.

Ad's are everywhere and I do submit they generate income etc for sites ,but they are the bane of my life on the Net, with some very rarely being affected !

{ad blocker thankfully for me helps.}

Now Facebook are going to be at it even away from the Facebook site. 😞

What do you think of Ad's ?

I use the American app for Facebook called 'paper'.

This allows you to toggle off auto play of videos @Anonymous

I've just gone into the app store @Anonymous and I can't find it - is it just called Paper?

I would imagine you have to get it from the American App Store if that's possible Tracy

Video auto play can be turned off in android app so I would expect the same option in ios too.

Adblock is still available for android but only works on rooted devices.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
