Windows 10 Update Problems

For anyone who uses it on PC or laptop, it appears the Anniversary Update is causing problems.

I know of someone who lives in Scotland and they had to change language settings before it would work for them .... It's worth a try anyway..

It isn't and probably had nothing to do with it.......but pointing out this happened and when language selection was changed...it fixed the problem
