Wondering how good this really is and if it will make it to the UK?

Well it certainly sounds good but it's a tad expensive. I really don't know enough about wifi to say whether this system is actually all it says it is.

It is very expensive when you read you would need three for the average home. The Amazon link gives the price as $199 for one. ...

It's expensive at the moment as it's new, but if other manufacturers start making similar devices (can you patent WiFi?), the price will drop. The main concern should be does it really work? If your home has really bad connection problems, and this solves them, then it's worth the money if it's important to you.

This could be handy for those living in large properties or flats with thick concrete walls. The price would definitely need to come down a bit to make it viable though.

Probably a huge benefit for companies and hospitals and if you need wifi when you've been banished to the garden shed.
