Hi team o2,
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team! My phone was stolen on Saturday night and fortunately I nocticed quickly and phoned your customer services and got my phone barred. I don't remember the name of the kind guy that barred my phone for me but he did such a great job the thief couldn't use my phone and it was returned to me. They even seemed to have cleaned it 😛 slight_smile also a big thanks to your team in tunbridge wells branch as they had to spend a fair amount of time unbarring it. Seriously it was so well barred it wasn't easy for you technician to see how to unbarr. So grateful!
