I'm currently on the £10 a month tariff, but I've recently moved abroad temporarily. I need to have my phone topped up in order for people to ring me, but I'm not able to use the bundle that I'm buying, so I'm ending up spending £20 a month on a bundle I'm not using and additional credit. There are options to change my tariff, but none to cancel it altogether so that I can just top my phone up £10 and have that ten quid so people can ring me or vice versa. Does anyone know if this is possible?!
