BT making a bid to take over 02

Hey,  new customer here,  I have experienced terrible problems with BT customer service,  if 02 is taken over by them I will cease to have ANYTHING to do with 02.  BT is atrocious.

There is certainly alot of Chinese whispers and conspiracy rumours around at the moment.

 

Interesting times ahead.

 

Personally I've been ok with BT.

 

How have they let you down ?

Much speculated about for the last 18 months or more - Someone will, at some point, buy O2-UK.
Who and when is still anyone's guess.......????
