Hi,

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to give you a STAC code and I am getting nowhere. This is causing me a lot of stress as I have disabilities which mean I cannot phone customer service as others can do. I have tried to make contact through Twitter and Facebook and they don't seem to have a clue as to what STAC codes are. I tried to give you the STAC code via the links on posts already given to verify my number and fill out the disconnect form, however, after entering my number and security pin number the page comes up as not available. Please can someone help me.

I've just tried to use the support request form. I filled it in and submitted it but I get a message saying there is a problem try again. I tried 3 times to do this and got the message each time. I checked for errors and there is none.

As fellow customers like yourself there is little else we can do, sorry.

You've tried social media, who may need another reminder from you and you can't call, so unless you can get someone else to call for you, I'm stuck Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Maybe you could try in store ?
