No 4G after migration to 02 from Virgin

Ever since I was migrated to O2 from Virgin I do not seem to have any data when roaming. 

I have 2gb as far as the portal is concerned and the phone works fine on wifi, it shows bars on the 4g connection but nothing works unless I am on wifi. Tested in multiple locations and unless my entire town has no O2 service I cannot see why. Phone is nokia lumia , it is an older model but was working fine until I was changed over,

I have removed the sim and rebooted multiple times  and the phone was left on as directed to avoid any issues.

completely stuck, any ideas

Change the Mobile Data settings to mobile.o2.co.uk 

Then try again.

Thanks tried that a few times.   Not aware it was a customer to customer forum as new to this.  Thanks for replying though.  I have messaged them directly so goodness knows when I will get a reply, if any.  Appreciate your help though.

Thank you for posting this as I was having exactly the same problem with my Samsung A23 after I moved from Virgin to 02. They do not make it easy for the likes of me, less than tech savvy!
