New Order, Credit Risk, Accepted. - Not delivered HELP

I’m soo tired now.

 

Tuwaday I placed an order, paid £200 upfront. Got an email saying it would be sent to credit risk and I would get a response in 24 hours.

 

Wednesday- 20+ calls no response

 

Thursday - accidentally get through to fraud, woman answers with Hello. It wasn’t for customers to usually speak. She was really helpful she went over the order and accepted it. I got an email! However I’ve heard nothing if I phone customer service it’s a waste of my time.

 

it says login to your account I have there’s nothing there.

 

ive tried Facebook, Twitter insta and I get ignored. Sick of it now.

 

(I have a reference number beginning with N) their last email says “Thank you for your application.

We're pleased to say your application has been accepted. Please login to your account to see what to do next.

I’ve made over 20 calls to the sales team with no help and I was ignored on all socials

Here's a load more numbers for O2. You really have to persevere

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217  0800 032 1402 0800 0800 081 0255.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402 Guide: A Guide to Skype 

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Just watch your bank. The £200 will be held by the bank until O2 make a decision. If it's returned to your account next week, then you know you have been refused. That's why it's important to persevere with O2.

I also will say any order number starts with MS.
