We have been charged £7.50 under Other Charges and Credits - does anyone know what this would be and how to prevent it in the future?

As customers here we have no access to accounts.

You could go to the Web Version of MyO2 via the link at the top of this Community and download your bill.

 

Alternatively you will need to contact O2.

 

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) 

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
