Hello, 

 

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra 2 on Friday (from O2) and paid for next day delivery so it should have been delivered on the Saturday before noon. It didn’t. I have spoke to O2 and they credited me £10 for the fact that it wasn’t delivered on time and assured me that it would have processed by today (Monday), However now it is now Monday evening and it’s still just saying processing. I wondered if anyone has had a similar experience or knew how to go about this.

Hi! @jmilner Did you get any type of solution? I have the exact same issue. The CS have no idea, over the phone they said it’ll be delivered Tuesday. The app whenever it wants to work (and when it stops refreshing and starting the chat all over again) have said it’ll take 10 working days. But they can’t cancel it.

Thank you! And yeah I’ve tried all those avenues but I’m either told to wait 10 days or that they don’t know why ha

It was terrible I had absolutely no solution. I contacted support multiple times and every person told me a different date that it would arrive and surprise surprise none of them were right and I ended just having to wait and see what happened. Eventually after about 3 week the order was dispatched and finally in the hands of DPD who kept me far more informed than O2. Sorry!

That potentially @BrookeAS94 brings into play an explanation already suggested by @MI5 (above) :-

 

"Could be out of stock I guess".

 

I suppose it depends on how long you are prepared to wait ?

DPD had issues over the weekend, as my father ordered an upgrade from Tesco and it was delayed due to sortation issues (according to the text from DPD) at the depots, and nothing will be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest, his parcel was due to be delivered on Saturday, but it has been delayed..
