Since my older Virgin mobile account was merged with O2, I have not been able to access my account online. It says I have no services. Many text codes later, I got to speak to an advisor who told me my email address was incorrect on their system but the call was cut off after 45 minutes. I had hoped that I would get a call back; they had my number after all, but no!

I tried calling back but after another 30 minus on hold with torturous music playing, I couldn't bear it any longer.

Is there a fix or do I have to try and go through this process again - so frustrating and time consuming.

Keep trying unfortunately.

If you don't want to spend time hanging around on the 'phone, you can try to message O2 on social media :-

Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Full contact details are in the guide that @MI5 has already provided.

May as well just delete all the guides as they are obviously pointless.

@ashupate

The only people who can help with your issue are O2. They need to access your account.

ALL methods of contact (including socials) are in this guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2

The only thing that we can say @DCH1 is that you are far from alone. It seems that an upgrade to O2's billing system has gone badly wrong and thousands, if not millions, of customers cannot access their accounts.

You can get some idea of the problems and their extent by browsing recent posts on this forum. 👍
