sim swap

Hi, I tried to do a sim swap yesterday morning which said successful, here I am 24 hours later with the original still not having been swapped.  I have tried turning off and on, taking the sim card out and re-inserting it but nothing seems to work.  Any help would be gratefully accepted.

It can sometimes take a little longer, but if you're tired of waiting try ringing Customer Services on 202 if you're a contract customer or 4445 if you're Pay and Go. Don't bother with online chat.
