i have been on here two hours just to up grade my phone o2 you are really bad i would like to leave asap please send a pat code for number thanks; or call me asap i have had it with you

When you do speak to CS ask for a PAC not a PAT.

Can't upgrade online so want a PAC. ..fair enough but why not just pop instore.
