Re: latest ofcom complaints figures out

Another thumbs up from me here too for O2 customer service. Having moved around networks in the last 12 months from O2 to Virgin to Voda and finally back to O2, O2 blow the other networks away in terms of customer service and call center answer times.
My record call wait time at Virgin Mobile was something like 34mins :mansurprised: and then if you are lucky you get through to someone in the UK rather than Durban.
Voda's call center in Egypt is by far the worst as they can barley speak English. Voda do try and make an effort via their Facebook page and online forum but all they end up doing is throwing credit at you and never actually solve the underlying issue. Voda also have the *slowest* ever porting process which takes 2 full days to complete now which is crazy in this day and age. As someone who travel several times a year, Voda's roaming charges outside their 'passport' countries are also outrageously high - more than double O2's charges in some countries :smileysurprised:
Three UK - not even going there!!!
Whilst O2's 3G coverage might be poor compared to other networks at the moment, O2's customer service is second to none and the reason why I came back (plus I missed VVM which no other UK network offers with iPhones) :smileyvery-happy:

Re: latest ofcom complaints figures out

I am still relatively new to O2 having moved the landline and broadband over mid last year and my wifes mobile November but I have found the O2 support people to interested in helping you and not just wanting to clear the line for the next caller and to me this is what customer service is about and why I would (upto now) mark them highly.
My mobile moves soon from Vodafone who have to have the worst attitude to their customers of any network.
